Fees and payments
Prices displayed on the website are presented in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Any taxes, inclusions or exclusions applicable to a particular booking will be described at the point of purchase or in the relevant event communication.
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Your payment is also subject to that provider’s terms and processing rules.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information used is valid and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
Unless a separate written cancellation or refund policy is provided for a specific NRPN experience, bookings should be treated as committed once payment is successfully completed.
Requests to cancel, transfer or modify a booking will be considered according to the terms communicated for that particular event and any applicable legal requirements.
If you are unable to attend, please contact NRPN as early as possible. Approval of a transfer, credit or refund is not automatic unless expressly stated in writing.
Changes to event details
NRPN may reasonably change an event’s schedule, venue, format, speakers, activities or other operational details where circumstances require it.
If a material change is made, we will aim to communicate it using the contact information supplied during registration.
Where an event cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, NRPN may reschedule, relocate, modify the format or take another reasonable course of action.
Participant conduct
NRPN is designed as a professional business experience. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, team members, venue staff and fellow participants.
We may remove or refuse continued participation to anyone whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful, unsafe or materially inconsistent with the intended environment of the experience.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the NRPN website, branding, written content, presentation material, frameworks, exercises, videos, graphics and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Participation in an NRPN experience does not transfer ownership of those materials. Materials made available to you are for your personal or internal business use unless NRPN provides written permission for another use.
You may not reproduce, publish, sell, distribute, record, teach, license or commercially exploit protected NRPN materials without prior written permission.
Photography and recordings
NRPN experiences may involve photography, video or audio recording for documentation, educational, promotional or communication purposes where appropriate.
